🚀 The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role within the Supply Chain team, taking ownership of production planning activities across multiple manufacturing lines. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your ability to adapt, problem-solve, and think ahead will be critical to success.


🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the MRP system to plan and schedule production across multiple lines
  • Creating and maintaining accurate capacity and production plans
  • Adjusting schedules in real time to maximise efficiency and meet demand
  • Monitoring production performance and reacting to delays or challenges
  • Communicating plans clearly with production and department teams
  • Analysing trends, forecasts, and data to support planning decisions
  • Working closely with operations to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in production planning or supply chain roles
  • Strong understanding of Master Production Scheduling (MPS)
  • Experience using SAP or similar MRP systems
  • Advanced Excel skills and confident with MS Office
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Confident communicator who can influence and challenge when needed
  • Proactive, forward-thinking approach with a drive to improve processes

⭐ Desirable

  • Experience within a print or manufacturing environment (highly advantageous)
