Job Title: Machine Operative with FLT
Location: Dewsbury WF12
Pay Rate: £14.65 per hour + overtime
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 6pm–6am MUST BE WILLING TO TRAIN ON DAYSHIFT


Aqumen Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Machine Operative with FLT to join a busy manufacturing environment.


The Role:

  • Operating a range of machinery throughout the site.
  • Using an FLT as required.
  • Covering colleagues' breaks to ensure production runs smoothly.
  • Keeping the site clean, tidy and safe.
  • Following site procedures and health and safety requirements.


Pay & Benefits:

  • £14.65 per hour.
  • The final 8 hours worked each week are paid at time and a half, subject to completing a full working week.
  • Bonus scheme offering up to £2,000 per year, subject to criteria (Once permanent with client).


Requirements:

  • Valid FLT licence – essential.
  • Must be willing to train on day shifts for 2–3 weeks before moving onto nights.
  • Reliable, self-motivated and hardworking, with a consistent approach to attendance and performance.
