£14.81 per hour – Full‑time Location: WF5 9AX

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Bakehouse Operative to join our production team. You will support the daily operations of the bakehouse, ensuring products are prepared, baked, and presented to a high standard. This role involves manual handling and requires strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Working within a busy bakehouse environment
• Handling powdered food materials
• Manual lifting up to 25kg
• Following production schedules
• Maintaining hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• Working as part of a fast‑paced team

Shift Pattern (4‑Week Rotation)

Week 1

• Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• 06:00–18:00 (Days)

Week 2

• Wednesday, Thursday
• 06:00–18:00 (Days)

Week 3

• Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• 18:00–06:00 (Nights)

Week 4

• Wednesday, Thursday
• 18:00–06:00 (Nights)

Then the rota repeats from Week 1.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
