The Marketing team is looking for an energetic, detail-orientated, creative and passionate person who is able to think on their feet, isn’t afraid of a challenge, and who thrives under a bit of pressure. We are a dedicated bunch of marketers who are constantly looking at ways to elevate our brand purpose of leaving our world a better place than we found it.
&Beyond is looking for a Mid-weight Graphic Designer for a 6-month contract.
Contract date: 14 April – 14 October 2025
KEY OUTPUTS:
- The ability to work in tandem with copywriters, Brand Managers, and PR/Market managers to develop brand-aligned, high-end digital and printed collateral pieces - brochures, flyers, ads,
e-invites, large scale tradeshow show stands, event related branded pieces, vector maps and icons, infographics, cinemagraphs, graphics for merchandise such as t-shirts, scarves, and other retail products sold in lodge shops
- Ensure the ongoing consistency of &Beyond branding based on the corporate identity as well as other design work that is being created in parallel.
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
- Degree in Graphic Design preferred
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- Advanced skill level in Adobe CC is essential (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Advantage : Adobe XD, After Effects, Premier Pro
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- At least 5 years’ experience in Graphic Design
- Design-driven portfolio with high quality, cleanly designed, professional examples
- Experience in the creation of event collateral (tradeshow stands, banners) as well as designs for the digital space (electronic banners, electronic mailers)
- Creative problem solving and a strong understanding of brand consistency
- Demonstrable competencies such as team work, flexibility, results driven, commitment to striving for the best version of a design piece
- Interpersonal skills (oral, listening, influencing), resilience and accepting manner to constructive criticism
- Strong knowledge of printing processes and merchandise production and the ability to produce print-ready artwork
