Southport, Ormskirk, Skelmersdale, Formby, Maghull, Tarleton, Chorley and surrounding areas

Excellent rates of pay £14.75 - £15.75 per hour + Pension + Holiday Pay (equivalent to £17.03 to £18.18 per hour including holiday pay & pension)

Expected average hours – 20 to 40+ hours per week. Flexible shifts available, including half days, full days, and complex care runs (including domiciliary and children’s clients).

About the role:

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will support individuals with a wide range of needs in their own homes. This includes:

  • Supporting people with spinal injuries, neurological conditions, and respiratory needs
  • Delivering specialist care such as PEG feeding, suction, and tracheostomy support (full training provided)
  • Assisting with medication, mobility, personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks

This role is about more than care – it’s about empowering independence and creating meaningful moments every day.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 3 months of hands-on care experience in a UK care setting or supporting a family member
  • A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature
  • A passion for making a real difference
