This is a great opportunity for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join a fantastic Mental Health team. You will be joining an award-winning company at a great time in its development as it expands its complex care & clinical services across the Northwest of the UK. We will consider applications for full or part time.

**Please note this is a regional role meaning frequent travel will be required between branches across the North West.**

The role will involve: (but is not limited to)

• Conduct assessments with new clients and creating bespoke care plans alongside our registered managers.
• Supporting in the safe mobilisation of POC out with the community
• Provide practical & theory training in clinical areas for support staff to POC for our clients.
• Review and monitor care packages on to ensure they adhere to CQC regulatory standards ie regular MAR auditing & reporting
• Work collaboratively with clients, family, other professionals and interested parties to enhance the quality of care delivered and offer support to our clients, managers and staff as needed.
• Ensuring that our clients are given the right clinical support & advice whilst within our clients’ care.

What you need for this role

• Registered Mental Health Nurse with active NMC PIN
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience of community-based work is desirable but not essential.
• Prepared to travel within the local regions to between clients and branches.
• Good sense of humour, friendly & willingness to share skills & ideas!
