At Beluga Rox we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager, due to our client’s continued growth.

The opportunity is to be the Group Head of Business Development, and the role will be largely focused on complex clinical and mental health care with the prime responsibility for developing and fostering relationships with Commissioners, Case Managers and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, providing tailored solutions to meet our clients’ requirements and expanding our client's presence in the market.
• Driving referrals to our client's extensive branch network.
• Supporting on the market analysis for new target areas.
• Market development for the opening of new branches.
• Raising commissioner and case manager awareness of our client's business and operations.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities in line, with existing and new service provisions.
• Liaise with other internal departments and maximise opportunities in line with their business plans.

• Tenders and bid writing.

The Ideal Candidate will have/be

• Proven self-starter and excellent track record of achieving business targets and building successful partnerships.
• Have an extensive network of case managers and commissioners.
• Presentable and effective communication manner, both written and verbal, as well as evidence of strong negotiation skills.
• A high level of personal authority, demonstrated by a mature and professional attitude and confidence when presenting to groups of external stakeholders.
• Experience of working in a complex healthcare setting.
• A Demonstrated track record of achieving business targets and developing successful partnership relationships.
• Enthusiastic and personally driven to achieve results and deliver on targets.
• Experience in working in the public and private sectors.
