Children Support Worker –

£250 Welcome Bonus payable on successful 3-month probation

Location: Community based - Surronding areas of Crewe (Rudheath, Tarporley, Northwich, Altringham, Haslington, Moulton, Maccesfiled)
Pay Rate: From £13.00 per hour + Holiday Pay & Pension
Drivers with access to their own vehicle required

This role involves short visits with individual children in their own homes. Shifts start after school hours on weekdays, with morning/midday shifts on weekends. Additional support is required during half-term and school holidays.

Your Role

We are looking for Children’s Support Workers to provide care for children in their own homes, helping them live fulfilling lives. Supporting children with a range of additional needs, such as autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and complex care needs. Providing essential support to help children with SEN develop life skills, build confidence, and engage in activities tailored to their individual needs.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or over
• Minimum six months’ experience in care
• Experience working with children is essential
• Compassionate, reliable & trustworthy
• Right to work in the UK
• Full driving licence & access to a vehicle required
