Could you enrich lives and support independence in your community? We’re looking for a kind, caring, and compassionate person to provide outstanding care in Chester and the surrounding areas. No previous experience is required as our in-house training team will ensure you are trained to the high standards of care we expect. All you need is good people skills and a big heart - we can teach the rest!

Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care (including bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Supporting clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques
• Administering and documenting medication
• Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in conditions to our branch teams
• Supporting clients with varying needs, from a helping hand to more hands-on support
• Ensuring timely visits and delivering high-quality care
• Travel to different client homes to deliver care

Requirements:

• Must be 18 to apply
• Subject to an enhanced DBS check and sufficient referencing
• Must drive and have access to your own vehicle
• Set shift patterns: Morning (7am - 3pm), Afternoon (3pm - 11pm), or Full-day (7am - 11pm). Some evening and weekend availability is required
• Reliable transport to ensure timely visits
