- Job Title: Care Assistant
- Location: Community-based – Chester & Surrounding Areas
- Pay Rate: £13.00 – £14.50 per hour
- Welcome Bonus: £250 after completing a successful 3-month probation
- Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time hours
- Driving Required: Yes (Full UK licence & own vehicle essential)
- Shifts Available: Morning (7am–3pm), Afternoon (3pm–11pm), Full Day (7am–11pm); some evening/weekend availability required
Care Assistant Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Assisting with mobility and safe use of equipment
- Administering and documenting medication
- Supporting clients with varying levels of need
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Recording and reporting changes in health or wellbeing
- Travelling between clients' homes to deliver care
Requirements
- Must be 18 or over
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Satisfactory DBS check and references
- Flexibility to work set shifts including every other weekend
- No experience required – full training provided!
