As a member of our Customer Flight Support Team, you will learn to perform all functions required to ensure a safe and punctual schedule is delivered across the Air Partner network, whilst meeting customers’ expectations regarding reliability and punctuality.
This is a full time position within the Customer Flight Support Team and it will incorporate 20% off the job learning, along with a requirement for self-study time out of work as required. The Apprenticeship will last for a minimum of 18 months and during this period, there will be time allocated to learn other areas of the business, including Broking.
You will work closely with various departments and play a key part in the Groups round the clock Customer Flight Support department ensuring that our client consistently receive expectational service. Months 2-3 - shadowing on 12 hour shifts as above, mostly day shifts, but also some nights
After 3 months – the above mentioned 4 on, 4 off, day and night shifts pattern
