Are you passionate about delivering a great employee experience through smart, compliant, and engaging benefits programs? We’re looking for a Benefits Specialist to help shape and support our UK and European benefits offerings on a part time basis (22.5 hours per week).

Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, you will work closely with our Rewards Specialist to ensure the seamless administration of employee benefits, from health and wellness to pensions and perquisite, while ensuring full compliance with regional regulations. This is a exciting opportunity will allow you to utilise skills in organisation, communication and knowledge in a fast-growing global business.

 

What you’ll be doing:

Benefits Administration

  • Administer core benefit programs, including private medical insurance, dental, life assurance, and income protection across multiple countries.
  • Oversee UK pension scheme enrolment, including auto-enrolment compliance, and coordinate European retirement plans whilst adhering to local requirements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for benefits-related queries from employees across multiple locations.
  • Support annual renewals, collaborating with brokers and benefits providers in the UK and Europe.

European Benefits Support

  • Partner with local HR teams to deliver statutory and supplementary benefits (e.g., meal vouchers, commuting subsidies, healthcare schemes, parental leave).
  • Stay current on regional trends and legislative updates to ensure our benefits remain competitive and compliant.
  • Contribute to benefits harmonization initiatives across European locations.

Compliance & Governance

  • Maintain compliance with UK and European benefits legislation, including GDPR, pensions law, and employment regulations.
  • Ensure accurate benefits data across HR systems and support audit and reporting requirements.

Employee Experience & Communication

  • Onboard new employees to benefits programs and support offboarding activities.
  • Create and share engaging communications to educate employees about their benefits.
  • Assist with employee wellness initiatives, including mental health and financial wellbeing events.

Vendor & System Management

  • Liaise with external benefits providers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Support implementation and maintenance of multi-country HRIS benefits modules.
  • Monitor and reconcile discrepancies with vendors and payroll.

What You’ll Bring

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years’ experience in benefits administration, HR, or payroll, with exposure to both UK and European benefits.
  • Solid understanding of UK pensions and statutory European benefits.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, and benefits portals.
  • Clear and confident communicator with the ability to work effectively across multiple countries.

Desirable (But Not Required)

  • CIPD Level 3 or above (or currently working towards it).
  • Experience in a pan-European HR or Total Rewards function.
  • Familiarity with salary sacrifice schemes and multi-country benefits platforms.
  • Background in a multinational or fast-paced corporate environment.
