Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) with a Clinical Research background required by a rapidly growing pharmaceutical services organization, to lead the company through the next phase of growth. The CCO will have accountability for the growth of the organization and is responsible for the entire commercial business, including Business Development, Marketing, Proposals, Pricing/Amendments/Budgets, and Market Access. The CCO will blend solution-selling skills and business development skills serving as a player-coach to lead the commercial team to meet commercial and financial objectives. The company is currently supporting a wide range of projects and provides great industry positioning with proven growth and profitability. 

You will need to have a background working in Clinical Research, ideally having worked directly for a CRO in a clinical setting before moving in to more commercial roles.

This is a permanent position based in Raleigh, North Carolina, paying circa $300k + benefits, which includes competitive sales-based commission and enrolment into Executive Leadership Team Equity Plan.
