Caretaker

Full Time - Permanent

£12 per hour

Monday to Friday / 07:00-3:30pm

 

We have an opportunity working on a large manufactoring site located in the north of Bristol as a Caretaker/Porter. The role will be responsible for carrying out a multitude of different duties on site.

This position would be ideal for someone with previous porter experience or someone looking to get their first step into a large Facilities Maintenance company with a scope to progress into a Facilities Engineer in future, or someone currently in a Facilities Assistant role looking for a change.

Job Duties:

  • Room set ups
  • Escorting contractors on site
  • Recording the delivery of post
  • Logbook Admin duties
  • Transporting goods on site
  • Dealing with stationary equipment

Qualifications/Experience:

  • MUST BE UK NATIONAL - 5 YEARS
  • Experience within portering / facilities maintenance
  • Good understanding of IT systems/CAFM systems
  • Good appearance / general manner
