Pre-School Assistant Needed

Start Date: Mon 2nd Sept

I have been working closely with a fantastic Pre-School located in Rowley Regis for the last 3 years, providing them with long-term staff; many of whom have gone on to work permanently at the setting. From working with this setting so closely for so long, I know the staff and management team really well. They are warm, welcoming and friendly. There is a real family feel at the Pre-School, with the staff all working together as a real Team, providing a lovely working environment. 

I am currently looking for someone to join their Team at the Pre-School site, working in the 2-year-old room. This post is full time and will involve having your own group of key children, with the possibility of leading to a permanent contract for the right person. 

The Pre-School is rated "Outstanding" by Ofsted.

Job Specification

The successful Assistant will need:

• A minimum of 6 months experience working in a EYFS setting
• Strong initiative
• A kind and caring nature
• A genuine passion for making a difference in a child's life
• A hard-working attitude and strong initiative
