Our client is looking for several Full time  Warehouse Operatives who are seeking a great Temp to Perm opportunity in their state-of-the-art function in Coventry

The perfect candidate for a Warehouse Operative will have experience working within a warehouse environment, however, we do welcome those with no experience who are looking to build an ongoing career with a reputable company for the foreseeable future, as training is provided from day 1 to ensure you can integrate into the environment.

Shift and Pay rates:

Weekdays

Morning Shift - Monday to Friday 06:00 – 15:00 £10.67 per hour

Afternoon Shift - Monday to Friday 14:00 – 23:00 £11.87 per hour

Night Shift - Monday to Friday 22:00 – 07:00 £13.07 per hour

Weekends: 

Friday to Monday - 06:00 - 18:00 £10.46 per hour

Thursday to Sunday - 06:00 - 15:00 £10.46 per hour

Key Duties and Accountabilities (will include but not be limited to)

• Ensure the application of the business “key standards” are maintained
• Ensure productivity targets are met
• Assist with stock counts and movements
• Assist as required within all operational work areas
• Ensure the warehouse and loading areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe at all times to comply with Company
• Policy and Health & Safety Regulations
• General Housekeeping including sweeping/cleaning up the warehouse
• Promote excellent working standards complying with the company BRCGS guidelines
• Undertake any other tasks as directed by a member of the management team.

Key Experience and Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of Math and English
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative working in a busy environment
• Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team to deliver results
• Physically fit to cope with working in a busy warehouse environment
• Fork-lift license – CB / Reach / LLOP (preferred)
