WINNER are currently recruiting for Call Centre Customer Service Advisors to join our client based in Birmingham City Centre. This is a great oppotunity for someone who is passionate about people and offers excellent customer service. We are recruiting for both full time and part time roles, across various department. The hours and pay rates vary depending on job role and team.

The ideal Call Centre Customer Service Advisor will have:
Training will be given on the inhouse systems, call centre/customer service experience is required for this role.
We are offering the following shifts and salary: Part Time 9.30am - 12.45pm Monday - Friday, alternate Saturdays 9am - 1pm ( working 5 out of 7 days) Part Time 9.30am - 2.30pm Monday - Friday, alternate Saturdays 9am - 1pm (working 5 out of 7 days) Full Time either 8am - 4pm/ 9am - 5pm/ 10am - 6pm Monday - Friday, alternate Saturdays 9am - 1pm (working 5 out of 7 days) - the full time roles are worked on a rotating shift, you must be able to cover all 3 shifts on the full time rota. The pay rates vary depending on job role, hours and team - this will be discuseed with you over the phone if you are interested in the position.
