Key Responsibilities: Primary Early Careers Teacher

• Teaching: Deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, depending on your placement.
• Planning & Delivery: Designing interactive, engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning.
• Student Support: Helping children develop essential literacy, numeracy, and social skills in a nurturing classroom.
• Assessment & Feedback: Monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and adjusting teaching methods as needed.
• Inclusive Environment: Creating a positive and inclusive classroom that fosters confidence and curiosity.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborating with fellow educators to develop and implement a dynamic, exciting curriculum.

What We’re Looking For: - Primary Early Careers Teacher

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an ECT with experience in primary education.
• A degree in Primary Education or a related field.
• A passion for teaching and helping children grow academically and personally.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage students.
• A creative approach to lesson planning, adaptable to the diverse needs of your students.
