The Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will:
🔹 Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
🔹 Drive new business development and secure long-term partnerships
🔹 Work across various industries including Fleet, Industrial, Agriculture, and Off-Road sectors
🔹 Plan and organise your own sales pipeline and daily work schedule
🔹 Deliver tailored sales presentations to potential customers

What We’re Looking For:

✔ At least 3 years of B2B sales experience (industry experience preferred)
✔ Proven ability to win new business & maintain client relationships
✔ Strong commercial awareness & negotiation skills
✔ Excellent communication & organisation skills
✔ Resilient, self-motivated & results-driven personality
✔ IT literate – Comfortable using CRM & sales tracking tools
