• Recent Graduate (ideally from a Russell group) with 2:1 or higher.
• Strong Academic background In English Literature and Language.
• Experience working with young people, such as tutoring or volunteering in educational settings (desirable)
• Proactive and eager to learn from experienced educators.
• Ability to explain complex literary concepts in an accessible and engaging way.
• Eager for a long-term career in education.

Job Specification/Responsibilities: Graduate English Teacher assistant

• Supporting Students who may have fallen behind by providing one-to-one sessions.
• Grading assignments and providing the correct feedback.
• Monitoring students’ progress and ensure they are on the right track.
• Leading discussions, running interventions sessions or delivering mini lessons.
• Managing classroom resources.
