A well-established London firm is looking for a solicitor to work in the immigration department at their office located within 10 minutes' walk of Dollis Hill Underground Station. Ideally the firm is looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in immigration and asylum work but all PQE levels will be considered.
Responsibilities and Duties include:

· Manage own workload which will include providing accurate and practical advice to clients on all aspects of the UK immigration and nationality law
· Assisting with the preparing of applications including preparing Asylum Claims, applications for Judicial Reviews, and Fresh Claims.
· Liaising with UKVI over the telephone and keeping clients informed of the progress of their applications.
· Keeping up to date on changes to UKVI policies and procedures and cascading knowledge as appropriate.
· File management and billing administration.
 
The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be competitive.
