A well established commercial practice near Chesterfield are looking for a corporate commercial solicitor. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years' PQE. Caseload to include share and asset sales and purchases, shareholder agreements and share scheme such as EMI, company buybacks  The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
