Looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer for a leading Newcastle City Centre Law Firm the candidate will ideally have around 5 years’ experience carrying their own files. 

Main Responsibilities:-

• Manage all aspects of residential conveyancing work, including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases.
• Oversee your own caseload with confidence and independence, ensuring efficient management from start to finish.
• Provide exceptional client service, guiding clients through the complexities of property transactions.
• Develop relationships with local estate agents, building a strong network and contributing to the firm's growth.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
