Job Title: HGV Class 1 Night Driver

Location: Magor, Caldicot

Employment Type: Temporary, Temp to Perm available

Working Hours: Monday to Friday Nights 1600-1900 starts average 11hr shifts

Salary:  £18.30ph nights. Rate includes rolled up holiday pay

MDE Group UK LTD are  recruiting for temp to perm HGV Class 1 Night Drivers to join our clients established team based in the Magor area.

Job Description:

Class 1, straight forward curtain work to RDC's. If you deliver to a local RDC it may be that you go back out on return to Magor on a short trip so prepare for average 11hr days as a rule.

Monday to Friday Nights, Shunting and day work also available on a couple shift patterns.

Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of tacho use and working time

Daily vehicle checks ensuring any issues are reported immediately

Load security is paramount to this role.

Good customer service

Qualifications

UK HGV Class 1 Licence with 6 months experience required

Max 6 points with no major endorsements (DD/DG/DR/IN/TT/CD/UT)

Valid Tacho

Valid CPC
