This role requires strong kitchen administration skills and a solid understanding of pizza production and American-style small plates. On-top of this, the Kitchen Manager will be able to have autonomy to create dishes with the senior team.

Kitchen Manager requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef in similar setting.  
• Commitment and longevity within previous roles.
• Outstanding communication skills and highly organised within the kitchen.
