• Lead and manage the Business Studies and Economics department to maintain high standards of teaching and learning
• Develop and deliver a dynamic curriculum that challenges students and fosters a passion for the subject
• Foster a supportive, inclusive environment where all students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally
• Work closely with faculty leaders to implement effective teaching strategies and ensure student success
• Inspire students to reach beyond their expectations and pursue their ambitions in Business, Economics, and beyond
• Contribute to the wider school community and be part of a team that works collaboratively for the benefit of all students

• Expertise in Business Studies and Economics, with experience teaching KS4 and KS5
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team
