Food & Beverage Manager – “Premier Attraction”

I am looking to speak to any exceptional leaders with F+B experience ready to lead a dynamic F&B team, drive operational excellence, and create memorable dining experiences for guests. You will oversee the food and beverage operations across the park, including restaurants, retail and QSR.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, retain, and develop top talent to maximize productivity and profitability
• Lead and motivate the team to provide outstanding guest service
• Manage team performance, setting individual objectives and targets

• Ensure smooth F&B operations during peak and off-peak periods
• Deliver high-quality service for corporate bookings
• Collaborate with the management team on day-to-day operations
• Regularly review and develop attraction menus

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety/food safety legislation

• Maximize F&B profitability while achieving or exceeding annual business plan targets
• Set and monitor daily targets for the F&B team
• Control expenditure to achieve budget goals

• Encourage and act on guest feedback to improve service quality
• Contribute to marketing campaigns and identify new opportunities
• Evaluate and implement new commercial opportunities

• Manage supplier relationships
• Provide timely performance reports and improvement recommendations

• Proven experience in F&B management, preferably in an attraction or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent financial acumen and budget management abilities
