The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous managerial experience is a must, ideally in a high-end restaurant or luxury bar setting
• A solid background as a Bar Supervisor with a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
• Strong knowledge of Mayfair and its clientele is highly desirable
• Passion for creating memorable experiences and delivering outstanding service
• Leadership qualities, able to manage a team and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing all bar operations and ensuring the smooth running of the bar
• Take charge of staff training, development, and performance management to maintain a high standard of service
• Ensure bar stock levels are maintained, and orders are placed in a timely manner to avoid shortages
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction
• Support in the creation of innovative cocktail menus and promotional activities to attract and engage customers
