As a Graduate Learning support assistant, you will work closely with student who require additional learning support in both a one-to-one and also a small group setting. Key Responsibilities – Graduate Learning Support Assistant

• Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with all different educational needs and support.
• Assist teachers in delivery lesson plans adapting materials for students with varying abilities.
• Help students gain effective study habits, organizational skills and academic confidence.
• Monitor student progress.
• Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with the wider educational team to implement strategies that support teaching outcomes.

What we’re looking for – Graduate Learning Support Assistant

• A Psychology Graduate with a 2:1 within a top 30 University.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for working with young people and supporting there learning.
• Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and student needs.
• Patient and proactive approach to problem-solving.
