Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

• Full-time, long-term Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant position
• Earn up to £500 per week
• Monday to Friday, 32.5 hours per week (term-time only)
• Located in Birmingham, with excellent transport links to the city centre
• Work 1:1 and in small group lessons with students aged 11-16
• Tailored support for students with a range of complex and additional needs
• Ideal for aspiring teachers, speech and language therapists, or educational psychologists
• Open to graduates from Education, Psychology, and other relevant disciplines
• Previous SEN experience is beneficial but not essential

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver personalised learning to students with complex needs. The school offers a nurturing environment, dedicated SEN learning areas, and tailored teaching in the Learning Support Department, with regular assessments to ensure effective support.
