An unregulated legal practice in Worcestershire is looking for a candidate to assist with the setting up and running of a CLC regulated law firm. At present, the firm specialises in writing trusts - predominantly protective property trusts and asset protection trusts - along with some limited probate.  They are therefore recruiting for a senior solicitor with basic trusts and LPA experience to essentially run the firm. Willingness to act as the manager is a pre-requisite.
The work can be carried out fully remotely so office attendance is not required. The firm would ideally like a permanent candidate but also happy to consider a consultant on a fixed term contract basis.
The role will be full-time and salary likely to be around the 70k mark.
