As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll help lead a passionate team, ensuring flawless service while keeping the vibe warm and welcoming. It’s a chance to grow in a stunning environment, surrounded by excellence and hospitality at its finest.

What they are looking for:

• Proven experience in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
• Strong ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive work environment.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including staff management, service standards, and guest relations.
• Previous experience working in the Caribbean or at a tropical resort is a plus.
