Hours: 8:30 AM-3:30PM Monday-Friday

Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant: Candidate Specification

-          Holds a 2:1 or higher degree in any subject

-          A strong academic background throughout GCSE’S and A-Levels

-          Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-          As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you must be patient, kind and enthusiastic about creating a safe learning environment

-          Have a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young children

Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant: Job Specification

-          Assist the class teaching in planning and delivering engaging and interactive lessons.

-          Provided 1-1 personalised support to children who may be struggling against their peers, helping them grasp those tricky concepts and build confidence.

-          Support children’s social and emotional development, fostering kindness, empathy and resilience

-          As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant you are required to participate in school events and activities
