The Role:

• Provide emotional and behavioral support to students with SEMH, ensuring they feel safe and engaged in learning.
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to implement tailored strategies for individual student progress.
• Support students one-on-one and in small groups, helping them build confidence and resilience.
• Use de-escalation and behavior management techniques to maintain a positive school environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• A graduate in Psychology, Criminology, Sociology, or a related subject.
• A passion for working with vulnerable students and helping them overcome barriers to learning.
• Strong resilience, patience, and emotional intelligence.
• An ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging behavior effectively.
• Experience with SEN, youth work, mentoring, or mental health support (preferred but not essential).
