IT Support Technician – £27,000 - £30,000 (Depending on experience)

The Role:

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for IT and communication issues. Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing desktop PCs, laptops, phones, mobiles, and other IT equipment.
• Setting up new hardware (PCs, laptops, printers) and user accounts.
• Maintaining and updating software systems and performing regular maintenance.
• Supporting IT projects such as system upgrades and migrations.
• Testing and evaluating new technologies for implementation.
• Documenting technical issues and solutions.
• Providing user support and training while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and business partners.

About You:

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in IT support and related qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and a good understanding of Azure environments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
• A team player with the initiative to work independently.
• Own transport is essential, as the location is not accessible by public transport.
