We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable and thriving 4* and 1AA Rosette Hotel located in the picturesque area of Morpeth. This establishment is known for its warm hospitality, locally sourced ingredients, and high-quality, creative menus. They are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join their dynamic kitchen team. - Take responsibility for your section, preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards. - Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop seasonal and innovative menu offerings. - Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards. - Support and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and professional environment. - Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have: - A minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Chef de Partie – preferably with a rosette background. - Food Safety Level 2 Certificate - Strong knowledge of food safety regulations. - A genuine passion for creating outstanding dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
