A well established Central London Law firm is opening a new office in Manchester. The firm is looking for a real estate solicitor with between 3 and 10 years' PQE to work at the new office. The successful candidate will be working on a caseload of mainly residential development/new build work so significant experience in this area is essential. The role will involve managing a paralegal and being involved in the business development side of things, so experience in BD would certainly be an advantage. There will be scope for hybrid working but all client facing aspects of the job will need to be carried out at the office. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels will be 75k to 85k depending on experience.
