A well established, multi-office Dorset firm is looking for a lawyer to work in their family law department. Ideally the firm would like someone who can work on a hybrid basis with 1 day per week worked in their Weymouth office but they are also very happy to consider fully remote working candidates. The role would suit a solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in family law. The caseload will mainly consist of privately funded divorce, financial proceedings and ancillary relief work but there will also be a small amount publicly funded work so ideally applicants would have some experience of publicly funded work in addition to their privately funded family law experience. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
