A specialist property firm is looking for a conveyancer to work out of their Central Preston office. The firm is happy to offer hybrid working with 2 or 3 days per week worked from home once the candidate has successfully completed their probationary period. The firm is happy to consider solicitors, licensed conveyancers or legal executives who have a minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing. Any commercial property experience would be an advantage but is not at all essential. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels negotiable depending on experience but likely to be in the 40k to 45k bracket.
