A Central London firm is looking for a Chinese/Mandarin speaking solicitor to work in the commercial property department at their office located a 3 minute walk from Old Street Underground Station. Ideally they are looking for a solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE in comm prop work but there is some flexibility in that. Scope for plenty of remote working from home if preferred but some in-office attendance will be required.
Key requirements for this role are experience in the following:

o Dealing with all aspect of commercial property
o Acting for borrowers in refinancing
o Granting and acquiring leases for Landlords and Tenants
o Acting for lenders and experience of bridging work

The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels negotiable depending on experience but should be very competitive.
