We’re hiring a Sous Chef for a charming, independent country pub in the heart of Kent. This pub proudly serves a 100% fresh-food menu, with every dish made from scratch using locally sourced ingredients. Highlights include dry-aged steaks, homemade pies, and freshly baked pastries.

We’re looking for a Sous Chef who thrives on working independently and efficiently. The role comes with live-in accommodation featuring two bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom—perfect for a couple or friends, especially if one has a background in front-of-house management.
