Chief Executive Officer – Multi site Leisure brand

Salary:                  £130,000 - £150,000

As the CEO, you'll:

• Develop and implement innovative strategies to promote our mission
• Monitor budgetary and financial activities to ensure continuing commercial viability of the organisation.

• Build a positive working culture in line with values, embracing diversity and fairness
  • Create complete business plans for the attainment of goals and objectives set by the board of directors

• Drive business performance and financial sustainability.
• Ensure delivery of social value and health outcomes
• Lead a high-performing team and foster a positive, inclusive culture
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and enhance our reputation

• Proven leadership experience at senior management level
• Strategic vision and excellent decision-making skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter with resilience and determination and the ability to see jobs through to completion.
• Strong financial acumen and performance management expertise.
• Worked in a customer facing environment
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Passion for community wellbeing and social impact.
• Leisure sector experience
