Accounts Assistant
Crewe Area

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a medium sized team for a well established business close to Crewe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payments and Receipts:

    • Handle global payments and download cash receipts.
    • Post and allocate receipts and payments accurately.

  • Digital Filing:

    • Maintain a global digital filing system for easy audit and retrieval.

  • Banking Support:

    • Assist with banking tasks, especially during tight deadlines.
    • Ensure flexibility across banking functions.

  • Core Values:

    • Uphold and promote the Company’s core values and behaviours.
    • Address any non-compliant behaviour.

  • Accuracy:

    • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of payments and receipts.
    • Keep postings up-to-date.

Person Specification:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in managing digital filing systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable in handling various functions.
  • Committed to upholding company values and behaviours.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
