Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with primary lessons in subjects such as literacy, numeracy, science, and creative arts
• Supporting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Providing 1:1 or small group support to students, helping them with their reading, writing, and numeracy skills
• Encouraging and nurturing students’ social and emotional development
• Helping children build confidence and a love for learning through fun, hands-on activities
• Assisting in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Helping teachers assess and track student progress
• Supporting children’s individual needs and providing guidance to ensure all students succeed

Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:

• A 2:1 degree or higher in any subject
• A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed
• Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not essential
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain ideas clearly to young learners
• Patience, kindness, and the ability to build positive relationships with students
• A proactive and flexible attitude, with a focus on supporting students' development
