PURCHASING ADMINISTRATOR

MONDAY - FRIDAY 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK

Up to £27,000 DOE

KPI Recruiting are excited to have partnered with a highly reputable company, who are currently looking to recruit a PURCHASING ADMINISTRATOR to join their growing team on a full time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be:

• Liaising closely with suppliers via telephone and email to obtain pricing information and order updates for raw materials
• Creating and printing material pick lists and documentation for production department
• Assigning materials to specific departments in line with production plans
• Generating and sending purchase orders to suppliers
• Accurately generating orders and sending to production
• Tracking and updating spreadsheets and CRM database to maintain accurate stock and production information

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience working in a purchasing / planning / scheduling type role  
• Be proficient in IT – have experience using a CRM database and MS Office  
• Be a strong communicator with the ability to communicate the stakeholders across all levels
• Hold strong attention to detail
