Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting students in a range of STEM subjects, helping them grasp difficult concepts and excel academically.
• Collaborating with teachers to create personalised learning plans for students.
• Assisting in class activities, ensuring that students remain engaged and motivated throughout their lessons.
• Providing one-on-one support for students needing extra help with their academic or emotional development.
• Helping students build their problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Monitoring students' progress and offering constructive feedback to enhance their learning.

Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:

• A 2:1 degree or higher in a STEM-related subject (e.g., Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
• Prior experience working with students, ideally in a teaching or educational setting (though not essential).
• A passion for STEM and a desire to inspire students to achieve their best.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
