Responsibilities of a Graduate English Teaching Assistant

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to diverse learning styles.
• Deliver FUN and interesting lessons with an emphasis on engagement
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices.
• Focus on improving student attainment and the overall quality of learning.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic performance and any concerns.

Skills -  Graduate English Teaching Assistant

• Strong knowledge of English literature, grammar, and composition.
• 2:1 or higher from a top 30 University.
• Ability to engage students with diverse backgrounds and learning needs.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in lesson planning and assessment.
• Proficiency in using educational technology to enhance learning experiences.
