The Role: Head of Property Sector: Hospitality / Restaurants Location: London Base – Nationwide Coverage + Travel Salary: £80,000 - £100,000pa + Package Our client has is renowned for establishing networks of branded / QSR restaurants across the UK and internationally, both through direct ownership and franchise agreements. As they embark on a new phase of growth and development, we are supporting the search for experienced and energetic Head of Property to join the senior leadership team. This is a truly 360 role and a very exciting opportunity! This Head of Property role will head-up the property function across acquisitions, rent reviews, new openings, maintenance, refurbishment, facilities management, and compliance and oversee the CAPEX budget. The incoming candidate will review opportunities thoroughly from start to finish and be a key decision maker on where investment is made. The Group are also growing in the USA, so any real estate market knowledge there would be a real bonus. This role offers incredible personal growth opportunities, progress and longevity. The Head of Property will take a realistic and strategic approach, bring structure to the property function and be capable of short, medium and long term goal setting. Ideally, they will have a strong network of reliable contractors and a demonstrable history of success within a multi-site, fast-paced business, such as restaurants, retail or leisure.
