A Specialist property litigation firm are looking for a solicitor to work at their office located a 2 minute walk from Hertford East Station.   The firm would like to speak to solicitors who have a minimum of 3 years' PQE in contentious property work, in particular candidates who have experience in service charges and ground rent debt recovery (residential and commercial), breaches of covenant and general Landlord & Tenant matters.
 
The successful applicant will have a complex and varied case load of matters in the County Court and First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and will be expected to provide knowledge and guidance to team members with the support of the Head of Litigation    
 
The post will be full-time, permanent and salary will be 45k-65k depending on experience.
