A well-established West Midlands firm with offices around the region is looking for a solicitor to work in their commercial property department. The firm is happy to offer hybrid working or fully remote working (as preferred) but applicants must be based close enough to attend one of their offices in either Wolverhampton or necessary when necessary although those visits are likely to be very infrequent. The firm is looking for someone to manage a commercial property caseload and help to develop the department. Applicants should have a minimum of 4 years' PQE in comm prop work. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels around the 60k level.
